Jayme Garrigan, the founder of PT2GO was originally from Sunnyvale, CA. I pursued my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. I lived in CA, NY, IL, KY, WA, and TX. It is such a privilege to have met so many different cultures and be able to treat all kinds of people. My greatest passion is to help people improve their quality of life. But most of all, PT2GO came into fruition because of my two special Angels: Liberty and Justice. To show them as a single mom, I can have a dream, which includes them as well as the lives I touch and will touch in my lifetime.

I have a niche for chonic pain and autoimmune diseases; a few to name are Ehler's Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, Degenernative disc disease (DDD), arthritis, Temporomandibular joint and muscle disorder (TMJ), neuropathy, and more. Book ONE Initial Evaluation to do a thorough examination in order to address the dysfunction. Then follow-up visits will lead to YOUR ultimate Momentum.
It's simple, I provide you the care you need. You have complete access to me in order to optimize your health and wellness. I can address your concerns as soon as 30 minutes, no matter where you are at. I will take care of you!
This will be an hour-long comprehensive examination of your mechanism of injury (MOI). Address health history and concerns. Perform objective measures and observations such as postural analysis, range of motion, manual muscle testing, special test to determine diagnosis, and functional movements. Assess the data collected and educate the patient on the conclusion of the contributing factors to the MOI. Determine long-term and short-term goals and establish a plan of care (POC). Initiate treatment and home exercise program (HEP).
This will be a 45-minute treatment, which consist of pre and post assessment of your progress. Address any concerns from the last visit up until the current visit. Perform manual techniques and modalities to improve mobility and promote progression. Provide additional interventions as needed. Continued education and progress HEP based on the POC established during the Initial Evaluation.
This will be a 30-minute video call for those who needs a check-in. Whether you need an additional review of your HEP or you are experiencing pain while performing your HEP and unsure if you are doing it correctly. Or, you are just going through your normal day and had a sharp shooting pain down your right leg when you were bending over to put your clothes in the dryer and want to get it addressed immediately due to the pain. It can be anything! Or, you simply need an accountability partner to perform your HEP.
